Practice Kick Off

Dear All,

Due to some reason, we are sadly announce there will be NO PRACTICE this week till 8th July 2011.

However, the meeting for volunteers will be held as following:-

Date :5th July 2011 (Tuesday)
Time : 8pm - 10pm (hopefully to finish ASAP)
Location : Starbucks SS15 (Near Asia Cafe)
Things to bring : Pen & Notebook. If anyone have laptop & wireless, please do bring it together.

Agenda to discuss :-

1. Facebook updates - event weekly, daily updates, photo updates
2. Blog Updates - revamp blog 
3. Email Updates - sent to volunteers/dancers 
4. Public Relations 
• Media Attention
• Marketing
• Sponsorship
• Donation Drive - which Orphanage/Individuals/Country needs help. 
• suggestion Orphanage - try to find the poorest / need help
• Individuals - cancer/ need major operations
• country - Japan for tsunami/nuclear/
5. Flyers Distribution -
6. Fee (to cover all the cost of doing)
7. Proposal - support in writing proposals.

Thrill The World Weekly Practice

Its here again!!! Thriller, thriller night!!

We are going to start our practice as early as we can, cuz many forget the steps even it is just 1 year!

practice starts at

Saturday 18 June 10am to 12pm & 5pm to 7pm
Sunday 19 June 5pm to 7pm only
Venue : As per Map.. In taylor's university.

Thanks to Sri Atiqah who is helping me to get a proper venue. InsyaAllah, we will try our best to get sponsorship, better media coverage and the best part, as many people as we can. Taylor said if we can do the proposal superb, we can actually use their hall for the actual events. So, lets do something together!
I am stuck w community service every Sunday for the rest of my life so I cant make it on Sunday morning.
