Largest Simultaneous Thriller dance in Malaysia on 29th October 2011, Saturday at 10pm and 30th October 2011, Sunday at 10am. Celebrating Thriller's success in order for Honouring Michael Jackson.

This is my first successful event story that I will never forget and I will never stop cuz I aint got enough of MJ. All of you have been really supportive and great and the L.O.V.E that I have received from everyone.

It was a great weekend for us because we have 4 exchange students from Germany who joined us to Thrill The Shah Alam World. Thanks to Mr Bernard and Mrs Chantira for letting them to join us! They are Bjorn, Johana, Moritz and Lennard. (I hope I got it correctly). Thanks to Moritz & Lennard host parent, Mr Rocky because sending them to the open practice. They were quite Good because within 2 hours, they got to Thrill already. (without VIDEO & without Instruction!!) if they can do it, why not you?
Anyway, we're holding another 3 more practice this week... I hate to say this but "ITS COMPULSORY TO ATTEND all Three!!!"

Chillax! Its not that I dont want to do it twice, I will love too if we have a chance but please bare in mind that we are living in Muslim country so we should bare with the rules and regulations. I hope we can be sensitive to this matter and I do hope all of you understand the situation.
I have check our Islamic Calendar and Prayers time on the time itself. Maghrib time falls at exactly 7pm sharp. I wouldnt want to disturb the prayers with Maghrib Azan & Maghrib prayers as it would offence the Muslims in Selangor and I dont want the greatest event in the world to be banned in Selangor because of our determination in such to break the world record. Who wouldnt want to break the record? I dont want later more other issues came up as you know how Malaysia treat MJ badly in the newspaper. So I wouldnt want to risk our belated KOP into more trouble as we want him to rest in peace :)
Those who are non Muslim, you may join the event in TTW KL / TTW KLIA at their places as mention in the thrilltheworld.com. I am not discouraging you to join for Saturday event but as Malaysians, we should be more sensitive to other religions.
Are we too late? The answers that I will give is NOO!! You are never too late to learn! Trust me, it will only take 2 hours to get all the steps and it will take 2 days to master in Thriller dance. Its easy.. repetitive steps. First, I will copy the scripts and then, see the video.

I just heard that Thrill the World Shah Alam 2010 is on the radio around 12.30pm today for Fly News at Fly Fm 95.8. Wow!! Isnt that amazing? It is right? You should be proud of it! Finally, our event has been recognized all over Malaysia and hopefully, those in KL can join us the one in Shah Alam :) I hope thrill the world KL is doing it this year.
Anyway, practise/dance workshop is as usual. Here are the details :-

Come and join the fun of dancing :) Lets synchronize this together so all of us will look as the same. Anyway, this event is not only for younger people, we have someone who nearly 60years old joined us to dance you know!! So, dont be hesitate to join us. Age is just a number.

Read this first. Participant fee is not that expensive compared to the one in US or others. This fee is for your certificate and you are lucky we didnt charge you for anything else. The fees is RM5! Please bring your money on the registration day. We will post it to you once we received the certificate from Ines.
Those who attended last year,the event manager for Thrill the World Shah Alam 2009 has decided to pass it to all the participants ourselves. So, to all who went in 2009, pass us your information and we shall get to you on the actual event! If you cant attend this year, email us your address and we will send it to you right to your post box :)

Thrillerswill be joining us to simultaneously dance to Thriller and attempt to break world records. No dance experiences needed and it's open to everyone from all walks of life. Sign-up to get public workshops updates and latest newshere. Volunteerswill be helping us out to organize the event. Thrill The World Shah Alam 2010 will be held on October 24th 2010 at 7 A.M. to raise fund for charity and attempt to break world records for largest simultaneous Thriller dance! For two consecutive year's TTW event also pay tribute to the legendary Michael Jackson as he has passed on June 25th 2009.
Remember, this tribute is not because Michael Jackson passed on, this is to remember the greatest hit Thriller and always the greatest as Thriller has sold 150millions copies in 1984. Wawa

This year, in an effort to accommodate for maximum participation from all ages, Thrill The World has changed the Thrill Times for 2010.
Our plan this year, is to have two (2) Thrill Times with a 12 hour difference in between.
The first Thrill Time will be at 19:00 GM+8 Saturday, October 23, 2010.
The second Thrill Time will be at 07:00 GMT+8 Saturday, October 23, 2010.
It would be kind of like half of the world would dance first, the “eastern” world, and then the “western” world would dance 12 hours later.
The point: No part of the world gets stuck with dancing at 2am or 6am.
This also means the following:
i) Events could participate at EITHER of the two times indicated for their region
ii) Events could participate at BOTH of the two times indicated for their region
iii) One world record will be granted to the ‘half’ of the world that has the most participants. If you danced at both times you’d for sure be part of the record, but if the record didn’t matter, then just dance at which ever of the two times is most convenient.
iv) Thrill The World is still a ‘worldwide simultaneous’ dance, it’s just simultaneous twice.
v) This also means that all parts of the world would have Thrill Times between the hours of 11am and Midnight.
vi) Most of the Thrill Times would be ON Saturday, and only some parts of the world would have a second Thrill Time on Sunday, but that would be the SECOND thrill time.
